Bavaria 34 Cruiser

The Volvo D1-20 was exchanged for the more powerful Volvo D1-30 in 2011. Many instruments and technical gadgets were gradually added and the standing and running rigging, pulpit, etc. were renewed. The sail wardrobe is also as good as new and from 2013.

She is easy to sail. All lines are diverted into the cockpit, a powerful autopilot supports the skipper and the important instruments can be read both in the cockpit and on the chart table. Down below, it is much nicer and cosier than on the newer models from Bavaria. The wet room is huge and can really be used for showering! There is a full galley with microwave (port), oven, 2 fl. Gas cooker, large fridge compartment and deep double sink. A large chart table, 2 bedrooms and lots of storage round it all out. Ideal for 4 people!

Although there is no backlog of repairs, there are always minor damages or opportunities for improvement. The typical 34 Cruiser illness of the electrically lowerable bathing platform (unfortunately not perfected), should be remedied by a simple mechanical solution. One sail has a small chafe, but is otherwise in great shape! All in all, well maintained and ready to sail!
