A fantastic Bavaria 38 Cruiser in sought-after 2-cabin version. The yacht was sailed very little, was always in the winter in the hall and was intensively maintained. As a buyer you can enjoy a boat without maintenance backlog and upcoming investments.
Interior
Spacious, light-flooded interior
Nothing is worn out. The boat stands, especially from the inside, almost there as on the first day. No stains on the light upholstery or on the white (!) carpet in the cabins. No worn wooden handles, no musty smell. The owner is the first owner and decided when ordering from Bavaria for the owner's version with 2 cabins and larger wet cell. He also ordered the flat keel with only 1.60 m draft. So all Danish ports are open to one.

Motor
No 600 hours
The yacht has been used very little. The engine hours show it: 547 hours. The yacht was intensively maintained by the shipyard, has always wintered in the hall and received the upgrades and repairs that were necessary. The sails have been stored annually at the sailmaker's and have been looked over at the same time. Engine service was done by the professional, as was a regular rig check. The sprayhood recently got a new windshield and new batteries were installed a few years ago. Also the seacock of the holding tank has been replaced a few times, but has clogged again and would need to be replaced.
Top!
The best Bavaria 38 cruiser on the market?
We are convinced: Yes! The condition is really top. The gelcoat on deck has a couple of age-related hairline cracks on loaded railing supports, as well as a small quirk on the rub rail from an unsuccessful mooring maneuver. The life raft and gas system are not freshly serviced, but otherwise there is no known damage. With a heavy heart, the owners are selling for age reasons and are happy to see their Bavaria 38 cruiser go into good hands.
