This French-built long keeler is available for sale here. Two very experienced cruising sailors restored the boat very extensively 3 years ago.
Port manoeuvres made easy
Bow thruster rudder
The Chassiron is very solidly built using the hand lay-up method (epoxy) and designed for the big ride. The wall thicknesses of the outer skin are incredibly thick! She sails amazingly fast and at the same time as if on rails. To compensate for the disadvantages of the long keel, a bow thruster was installed. This keeps harbour manoeuvres nice and relaxed.

Classic mahogany
Beautiful interior layout
Inside, everything is done in mahogany. Coming down the companionway, directly to starboard is a wide dog berth that can also accommodate two people. To port was originally the second toilet. There is now a small workshop room with a vice. Further forward is the navigation area with the instruments and a permanently installed on-board computer with sea charts for worldwide cruising. Of course, the galley also has a tap for sea water only, to save the fresh water tank. The saloon is spacious and comfortable. Further forward is the bathroom with pump WC and the bedroom.
