Are you looking for a comfortable cruising yacht for the family? Safety at sea, good maneuverability in port and comfort on and below deck? The Compromis 999 offers all that on less than 10 meters. A protected center cockpit, great aft cabin, cozy salon and headroom of 1.95 m below deck.
Frans Maas Design
Dutch yacht for North Sea and Baltic Sea
Designer Frans Maas has done a great job with this design. The Compromis 999 is designed as a boat for bad weather on the North Sea. She sails dry, in the protected center cockpit you sit behind the fixed windows very protected. The hull is wide, has soft curves, thus dives pleasantly into the wave. For North Sea and Baltic Sea exactly the right sailboat.

Space miracle
Headroom 1.95 m
Since the boat is very wide, you have a lot of space below deck. You can really call the Compromis 999 a space miracle - because which 10-meter boat has 1.95 m headroom below deck? In addition, there is a great walk-in aft cabin for the owners. There are cupboards, lockers and plenty of storage space everywhere. Even in the galley, for example, there is a pull-out cabinet like you often have in the kitchen at home.
Continuously invested
Beautiful condition
Much has been invested. For example, there is an electric windlass, a stainless steel anchor chain and a genoa that is almost new. Also, the upholstery was replaced in 2016 and for the owner's cabin there is a comfortable slatted frame under the mattress. The refrigerator got a new compressor and the bathroom got a new e-toilet. The engine got a maintenance every year, also there was a new underwater paint every year.

The owner has taken good care of his ship, but due to serious illness could no longer exchange the display of the anemometer (replacement is available). The Treadmaster deck covering is (according to the age) no longer beautiful everywhere - can be taken care of, but is nothing structural and therefore does not have to be made mandatory. The gas system is not maintained and the life raft is expired. But otherwise it's ready to go. The boat will be in the water until the end of October. The winter storage in Bad Schwartau can be taken over.
