Great Hallberg-Rassy 312 in the revised second edition (MKII) with Scandinavia interior! She was built in Sweden in 1988 according to Lloyd's Certificate with the construction number 571 and is by no means outdated but still contemporary in terms of build quality, sailing characteristics and space.
Great
Very beautiful condition
No repair backlog, but a very beautiful condition awaits you. Many items of equipment have been renewed. Among other things
- the anchor windlass
- the shrouds
- the shore connection with FI fuse protection
- The charger
- the tiller pilot
- the VHF system
- the compressor of the cool box
- the gas cooker and the gas installation, etc.

Not too small and not too big
Perfect size
The Hallberg-Rassy 312 is beautifully compact and yet offers enough space. You can easily fit two folding bicycles and half the household in the lockers. In the cockpit you sit well protected and can set the main and the genoa from here.
Below deck
5 berths and space
Down below in the ship is everything you need. The headroom of 1.85 m in the saloon is impressive, five berths, galley with oven and cool box, wet cell with shower option and toilet, navigation area with dog berth, plenty of storage space under the benches (tanks in the bilge) and even a holding tank is available. The engine starts immediately and runs great.
