Do you like Swedish yachts? This Malö 36 Classic might be the best maintained Swedish yacht currently on the market.
State
Until 2017 in the hall
The Malö 36 Classic was built in 2004, but until 2017 she was virtually only in the hall. When the current owner acquired her, she had just 60 engine hours. In the meantime, there are 1000 hours, but the condition is still excellent. The wood is not worn anywhere, the upholstery is not worn through. The hull has never been polished, only waxed.

Special version
Classic" version
This Malö 36 is a Classic version. It has a positive instead of negative stern. In this version you will find about 40 cm more deck space behind the cockpit, an additional large back box and a seat in the pushpit.
Facilities
Great accessories
Folding prop with rope cutter, Sleipner bow thruster, solar, Rodkicker with gas spring from 2019, newly built underwater hull, 230v and 12V sockets in all rooms, electric windlass from 2018, inverter and and and... It lacks nothing. Everything top maintained and neat.

Is there anything for you to do? Just little things. The Wempe clock in the saloon has a crack, also one of the two lamps in the tare bar has a crack in the housing and the VHF speaker in the cockpit could be replaced sometime. In the past the Malö 36 had a collision with a fisherman. The damage at the level of the blue stripe (above the waterline) was excellently repaired by a shipyard (survey and repair report can be viewed). In this context, the pantry cabinets were also partly renewed and spiced up with additional features (extra doors, indirect lighting). Even if you know about the former damage, you don't see any past traces inside or outside. Excellent work by the shipyard! Currently, after a mishap on the foredeck, a teak damage is being repaired by the shipyard, i.e. a few mouldings are being renewed. This will take some time, so the handover can take place at the end of June at the earliest. That's it.
