If you are looking for a yacht that still has the pleasant sea movements combined with good manoeuvring characteristics, this is the yacht for you. This solid cruising yacht has an amazing amount of space on and below deck. The aft cabin made possible by the centre cockpit is a dream. And that at 36 feet.
What a cruising sailor wants
Centre cockpit, moderate long keel, rudder with skeg
The Najad 360 has a tidy deck with nice seating in the stern area and a protected centre cockpit. All instruments can still be read separately from the helm and a large, tidy locker in the cockpit as well as a small one in the stern area offer enough space for fenders and co. The sprayhood and also the cake shack are approx. 3 years old, the sails have been to the sailmaker for inspection in winter and the running rigging is in order. The headsail is operated from the cockpit and the mainsail from the mast. Simple and safe.

Thanks to the centre cockpit
Great aft cabin
The Najad 360 is not a cheaply built caravan for the sea but a real cruising yacht. Unfortunately rare nowadays. The mahogany interior is not worn out and even the original upholstery will last a few more years. In the spacious galley with plenty of work surface, cool box and 2 fl. gas stove with oven, you can easily prepare your meals. Gas cooker with oven. The headroom in the saloon is 1.90 m, and in front of the cooker still
at 1.88 m. The passage into the aft cabin is not upright for most of us at 1.52 m, but still manageable. On the other hand, the master bed with a length of 2.20 m is a pleasant place to sleep.
Runs well
Volvo Penta
The dual-circuit cooled Volvo Penta is a bit older, but it does its job very reliably. Two years ago it was overhauled, as was the engine compartment. Is there anything to do? As with almost all Najads of this age, the teak deck should be overhauled or replaced with, for example, a new teak deck. Kiwigrip cheap and beautiful. But otherwise the boat is clear for the rest of the season.
